Websites crafted in Warwickshire

Case Study

Harborough Magna Parish Council

Harborough Magna is a small parish to the North West of Rugby. The Parish Council identified the need for a modern professional website. This would provide a platform for parishioners to obtain useful info, but also a platform to archive important documents as a public record.

Dated website

Their old website was built many years ago and had begun to show its age. It was also a fixed width website, that did not function on mobile devices.

Reliance of third parties

The parish council were unable to edit their old website themselves. Rather, they were reliant on several third parties who assisted on a voluntarily basis.

A new CMS website

The parish council looked at a number of options and chose Rugby Web Design as the preferred developer to build the new website.

Webflow editor

The councillors were impressed with how easy it would be to edit the website using the Webflow platform. Ease-of-use for the admins was something they had been worried about.

Webflow account

The councillors also purchased their own Webflow account, so that they could retain 100% ownership, ensuring they never ended up relying on third parties again.

Automated CMS

I built the website in such a way, as the content would automatically display in the correct pages or folders. Any of the council admins can update the website without changing the visual style or fear of breaking things.

What HMPC said...

"From the first brief to handover of the finished website (and beyond) Graham of Rugby Web Design provided a first class service.  Creative, practical, supportive and very, very easy to deal with.  Our project also came in on budget - we now have a wonderful website that because of Graham’s expertise is so easy for us to use.  It was a pleasure working with him!"
